The MDS Nurse will promote quality and cost-effective outcomes while adhering to Federal and State guidelines, and in accordance with company’s policies and procedures and work as the Clinical Case Manager. Requirements: • Current Texas RN with experience completing and submitting MDS, Resident care plans in a nursing home environment. • Strong working knowledge of PDPM and Skilled Nursing • Demonstrated ability to perform concurrent MDS reviews, assuring appropriate RUG category achievement.
