The RN Charge role is to utilize the nursing process in planning and providing direct care to residents as assigned. Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience, with a combination of long-term care dementia care or acute care. Effective written and oral communication skills and good interpersonal skills. Organizational, prioritization and time management skills. Ability to utilize computers and other electronic devices for tasks such as timekeeping, in-servicing and documentation.
