The MCSN will fill open clinical positions within assigned centers including but not limited to; Direct Care, Floor Nurse, Treatment Nurse, Unit Manager, ADON. The MCSN will follow the reporting structure within a center and be under the direction of the center Director of Nursing when on assignment. The MCSN will reside within the geographic area of the assigned centers. The MCSN may be assigned outside of their geographic area to assist with SLP Emergency Response Activation in times of Disaster or Crisis or with the approval or at the direction of SLP’s Director of Clinical Operations or Chief Clinical Officer. Qualifications: * Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse and hold a valid unrestricted compact license from the state. * The MCSN position requires up to 90% travel. * The MCSN may be assigned up to 50% weekends. * The MCSN must have reliable transportation. * Must be able to relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with other employees. * Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance. * Must meet all local health regulations, and successfully complete a post-offer health assessment. * Must be capable of performing the essential functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
