RequirementsPreferred Qualifications Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study. 5 years experience Strategic planning and personnel management preferred Minimum Qualifications At least three years experience in a supervisory capacity, with some experience in housing management, administration and/or social services; basic computer skills; must be able to communicate effectively, both written and orally, with all levels of the organization; experience with budget preparation,; experience in accepted accounting practices beneficial. Must have or be able to obtain Mississippi Nursing Home Administrator license in a reasonable length of time set by Methodist Senior Services.
