Ditmas Park Rehabilitation & Care Center Vent/Trach Registered Nurses (RN) in Brooklyn, New York

You will be responsible for the assessment and medication/nursing treatment of the residents under your care. You will work side-by-side 24/7 Respiratory Therapist (RT) and Nurse Practitioner (NP).
Qualifications and Skills:
Current/active NYS RN license
BLS certification a MUST, ACLS preferred
Two years experience in a long-term care facility is a MUST
One year experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care is a MUST
Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.
Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR).
Able to lift, push, and pull heavy objects.
