Charge Nurse - Adolescent Psych (P/T) - NIGHTS (Job ID: 5799)Job SummaryUnder minimal supervision, performs supervisory functions over professionalnursing and support staff in an inpatient unit, specialty clinic, ortreatment program in various patient care settings. Under generalsupervision, adheres to the American Nurses Association (ANA) standardsof professional nursing and performance, and the ANA Code of Ethics(2015) to provide care to all patients. Applies critical thinking,evidence-based policies, procedures, guidelines and competence tocollaborate with the health care team to promote excellence in patient safetyand quality outcomes. Utilizes the Theory of Human Caring and Caritas in dailypractice.
