bDescription/b The Administrative Supervisor works closely with staff at all levels within the organizations served to optimize throughput and staffing. Troubleshoots barriers to staffing, patient throughput, and transfer processes in real time. Ensures acute access, daily staffing, patient transfer, and patient placement functions are consistently maintained across the Ministry by providing oversight and direction over the staff and processes related to these functions. Works in collaboration with other nursing administrative supervisors, charge nurses, providers, and leadership teams to foster relationships with referring facilities and entity teams related to patient and staff placement. Responsible for ensuring the provision of high quality service in accordance with OSF HealthCare and regulatory requirements. Ensures quality patient care, acts as a professional role model, serves as a clinical and technical resource, and enhances and promotes development of staff and self. bQualifications/b bREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:/b Bachelors RN-Registered Nurse CPR 2 years of acute care experience as a charge nurse or a bed coordinator Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
