We have an opportunity available for a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join the team at our Beyer Lodge Care Home in Manchester, please click here for further details about the service.
You will be expected to hold a small case load which you will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for service users and support the Registered Manager in the management development of the Registered Care Home. You will participate in the setting, monitoring and evaluation of standards of care and clinical audit and contribute to the clinical governance processes.
You will also manage a team and documenting staff supervision where you will ensure the company’s policies, procedures and processes are implemented. In addition, you will be expected to work closely with other professionals both internally and externally.
