Job Description
The Patient Care Technician functions under the direct supervision of a professional nurse. He/she performs specific duties and is considered an integral part of the nursing team. He/she will assist the nurse in gathering information and making observations regarding the patient s condition.
Additional Requirements
High School Diploma or GED, enrolled in a Nursing Program, current EMT certification, Medical Assistant Certified, Phlebotomist Certified, EKG tech or equivalent; must have a current BLS. Every other weekend required.
