Patient care may be a direct activity of the RN, or it may be to coordinate and supervise patient care provided by assistive personnel. Utilizes a systematic approach to nursing practice incorporating assessment, planning, nursing diagnosis, implementation and evaluation in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, recognized professional standards and Park Nicollet Health Services policy. Previous experience preferred in the designated area. Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing. MN Nursing License required. Current CPR certification specific to the department requirements (BLS, ACLS, PALS). Education/Experience: Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing.
