About The Job
Provides leadership for the medical department in the planning, directing, and evaluating of nursing care for Hospice patients. What We Are Looking For
Graduate of a program in professional nursing Current RN licensure in the state of Iowa
Must have a BSN or bachelor's degree in an approved course of study or be willing to complete a bachelor's degree within five (5) years
Previous experience and expertise desirable in supervisory capacity; i.e., team leading charge position
Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience
Home health, hospice, or community experience preferred
Special Skills and Competencies:
Knowledge and belief in hospice concept of care
Demonstrates ability and knowledge in program administration, health care policy, and reimbursement issues
Ability to work flexible hours and modify workload as needed
Competent in computer skills
