We are currently looking for an Account Executive to join our team. The position would be responsible for providing coordination of internal and external services for patients on the Hospice team.

• Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers

• Triages phone calls and schedules visits on a daily basis

• Collaborates with physicians and other health care providers regarding client’s needs

• Provides education and serves as a resource for field staff

• Makes home visits as needed

• Monitors quality and appropriateness of services provided to ensure patient satisfaction

• Adheres to agency infection control and safety policies

• Adheres to the organization’s policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance

• Omission of specific duties does not exclude them from this position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment for this position

• RN, BSN or working towards licensure in NJ

• 2+ years of community health experience with 1+ year of prior experience with the agency

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of reimbursement and OASIS requirements

• Valid driver’s license

Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Working indoors and outdoors with phone and computer use; client customer contact
