University of Minnesota Physicians is seeking an Addiction Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our Addiction Medicine and Mental Health Services outpatient practice at M Health Fairview - UMMC (West Bank) location. Qualifications: Location: UMMC - Riverside. Schedule: Daytime clinic hours (M-F). Team: Will be working with a team that includes mental health providers, peer support and other CD support staff. Volume: Will be seeing between 12 - 15 patients per day Will need to have a Suboxone waiver before starting the position. Ability to obtain/maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
