Job Details
Current North Carolina RN license or RN multi-state licensure privilege through the Nurse Licensure Compact. BSN required. Minimum of five years nursing experience required.
At least one-year supervision or management experience required.
Communicate effectively with a wide range of age groups, ethnic, educational, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Display effective organizational skills, with ability to prioritize with accuracy and speed. Collaborate and negotiate.
Manage multiple priorities and stressful situations. Act as a resource to provide optimal patient care.
Maintain clinical and professional competency levels appropriate to the services provided and the needs of different age groups served. Self-motivated and directed.
