Nurse Management Leader - Nursing Home
Located in Port Chester, New York
A beautiful, skilled nursing facility located in Port Chester, NY is looking for a Nurse Management Leader. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Nurse Educator, Assistant Director of Nursing, Nursing Supervisor, Unit Manager or Wound Care Nurse.
Responsibilities of the Nurse Management Leader:
Orient clinical staff to their job responsibilities and provide leadership in clinical problem solving.
Nurse will evaluate and schedule in-services/training as needed.
Ensure department activities and records are in adherence to AAAHC and various licensing and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications of the Nurse Management Leader:
Must have supervisory/managerial experience
Must have current NY RN license
Must have experience in Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing
Must have excellent communication skills
