Internships: 9 - 13-week competency-based orientation program
Mentorship: 3+ month peer support program
Nurse Residency Program: 12-month professional development coursework
Our program is designed to introduce the graduate and novice nurse into the practice arena with sensitivity to the ever-changing dynamics in our world and environment. With all the stressors inherent to a new job or role, we have purposefully introduced changes to our program to allow a more gradual immersion – with the result being a more confident and satisfied practitioner.
Our CAP program (Clinical Advancement Program) offers Nurses the opportunity to advance both in recognition and financial reward.
During your interview process, you may choose a day of one or more "shadow" experiences in departments you believe you have an interest in practicing. In each experience, you will be paired with an experienced nurse – you'll sample both patient care and team dynamics.
