This patient care may be through direct care by the RN, or it may be to coordinate and supervise patient care delegated to, Nursing Assistants and other assisting personnel. Education/Experience: BSN/BAN from an accredited school of nursing required. Special Knowledge/Skills/Certifications/Licenses: 1. Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients. 2. Valid Minnesota Registered Nurse License. 3. BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines. Additional Information Registered Nurse to work throughout Perianesthesia Department, to include Pre-Procedure Assessment, Pre-op, Phase I, Phase II, and Extended Recovery. Works up to every third weekend, rotations for holidays, and night and weekend call. Must have ACLS on start date. Two years PACU experience within the last five years preferred.
