May include pre-hosipce services,continuous care services and in-home respite care services.Positions Over Which Supervisory Responsibility is Held: NoneQualifications1. Associates degree, preferred2. Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in state(s)license(s) where practicing required3. Current and valid CPR certification preferred, required in Georgia4. Meet the regulations and requirements of the state(s) in which programprovides services5. Minimum one year of experience working in a licensed field, preferred,required in California6. Previous experience in hospice, home health, general medical surgicalor patient population specific (i.e.: geriatrics, pediatric, etc.) nursing.7. Must have reliable automobile, valid driver's license, and theminimum state required liability auto insurance8.
