Bedrock Care Nursing Home Administrator (ENHA) in Williamsport, Pennsylvania

The Executive Nursing Home Administrator (ENHA) assumes full-time administrative authority, responsibility and accountability for the operations and for the financial viability of the nursing facility. Manages facility employees in the provision of care and services rendered in accord with professional standards, and in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. Collaborates with consultants, contractors, referring physicians, community resources, government agencies and advocacy groups. Implements operational and financial objectives of Management and allocates resources in an efficient and economical manner to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental and psycho-social well-being of each resident.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and management of all business related activity

  • Work well with healthcare professionals

  • Experience in Annual State Surveys

  • Experience in Financial management

  • Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs

  • Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety

  • Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Preferably 3-5 years of Nursing Home Administrator experience within sub-acute or long term care.

  • Must be Licensed in PA as a Nursing Home Administrator

  • Knowledge of State & federal regulations

  • Previous experience in healthcare or other medical fields

  • Strong leadership qualities

  • Strong organizational skills
