Description/Job Summary Resources for Human Development, Jefferson Street Group Home hiring for a Full-Time, Part-Time Weeknight Evenings, Weekends (Day and Evening Shifts) Registered Nurse! Resources for Human Development is seeking a mission-driven individual to join our program located in Wilmington. The Registered Nurse with an interest in and understanding of individuals with mental challenges. Managethe ordering/delivery/storage/ administration of medications for the personsserved in accordance with the specific program/service. Provideeducation to both persons served and staff regarding common health concerns. Providetraining to staff as required/requested in order to best meet the needs ofpersons served. Assessand respond to new/potential/ ongoing health issues in persons served. Completedocumentation as required by RHD, funder/licensing/ accreditation bodies. Required Experience At least 2 years of experience preferably in community, home-based settings. Required Education Minimum education: Associates Degree Required Qualifications Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse Valid Driver's License required. Program Summary Great opportunity to work in Behavior/Mental Health with focus on providing person centered/individualized medical and mental healthcare to our eight residents (four males and 4 females) and help the residents thrive and become more independent. Jefferson is part of RHD Delaware Group Homes that provides 24/7 assistance for adults with chronic mental health diagnoses. The program is an 8 bed facility.
